Stuff and Junk

Not a whole lot to say. I got banned from iVillage permanently and have been threatened with legal action if I try to create a new name, so that's that.

It's probably a blessing in disguise, maybe now I won't spend so much time online. LOL.

I've made some wonderful new friends through a great meetup group. These ladies are just so awesome and I will never be able to thank them enough for allowing me to join the group.

On the family front, Angus is just amazing me with the things he says and does, he seems so big even though he's only 2 (course I'm probably biased, but whatever...lol). This morning Angus, Molly and I were in his room (Rob was out for a ride) when he looked at me and said, "Mommy, what do you see?". I was a little surprised, but told him what I saw in his room, he then in turn told me what he saw. When I was changing his diaper, he sneezed and promptly said "excuse me" after I said "bless you", he also said "excuse me" when he was running by me and Molly through the living room on his way to the hall.

Molly is growing like a freaking weed she's a crawling machine and she does this funny thing where she'll put her feet on the ground and lift her butt up in the air. I think she wants to stand, but I'm not pushing it. I'm not sure I'm ready for her to walk just yet. At her nine month appt she weighed in at 20lbs 6oz and measured 29.5 inches long. Her head puts her in the 99%.

My poor big headed babies, I have to stretch the life out of their shirts just to get them over their noggins. LOL. Hopefully they'll be as smart as their daddy (oh please oh please oh please). I can't believe my little girl is going to be a year old in three months. *sigh* Wasn't I just pregnant???

Rob and I are doing well also.

After 20 years of beating myself up over my body image, I'm finally comfortable with how I look. Well, I'd really like to get rid of the c/s flap, but that will have to wait until the kids are old enough that I don't need to pick them up. Then look out, mama's getting a tummy tuck. :-)

A few months ago Rob started running and cycling again. We're doing the Race for the Cure in October, he'll do the 5K run while the kids and I will do the 5K walk. He's also planning on doing the PF Chang's Rock and Roll Marathon in January. In between now and then he's also going to do the Tour de Tucson (100 miles) and the Tour de Scottsdale (75 miles). Next May he's planning on doing the Tour de San Diego (not sure how long that is).

I miss you on the board too. I hope you anonymously pop in from time to time, but make it obvious who you are at the same time.
