The Disposal of Debbie

So I got a message from my father on my cell this morning (he left it yesterday afternoon) about how my step-sister (Debbie the bitch) is finally getting off their property (after living off him and my step-mom for three years - yes you read that right 3 years). Please note that my father and step-mother live in the boonies (literally - their nearest neighbor is a mile away) in a trailer and they have a second trailer on their land - appx 30 acres - where Debbie's been living.

My father and step-mother (Linda) got into a fight on Saturday I think. She stormed off into the bedroom and slammed the door and he got into his truck and drove off. He drove for about five mintues when he finally calmed down and went back home.

When he was parking, he saw Debbie going from her trailer to their trailer. He got out of his truck and heard screaming coming from inside the trailer, then heard Linda scream for him. He ran to the trailer, got inside and found Debbie beating Linda with a metal threshold (it had been leaning against the wall, he hadn't tacked it down yet). He broke them up and told Debbie to go back to her trailer, Linda told her to get the fuck out and to never come back.

Now before I continue, let me explain how the fight between Debbie and Linda started. Debbie has apparently been taking classes at the University of Phoenix both online and in town (no doubt at the expense of my father who is the only one working). Well apparently when Linda gets mad she destroys stuff (yeah, that's healthy) so when she came out of the bedroom and my dad was gone, she took her cell phone, flipped it open, broke it in half, and tossed it in the trash. Well apparently Debbie had all her classmate's and school information in the phone (since she doesn't have a job to pay for one herself) and was now left without that information and a phone.

Okay so on with the story. After Debbie went back to her trailer, Linda told my dad to find an eviction notice online and fill it out. He did, they signed it, and he walked it over to Debbie who proceeded to throw a fit. He told her to shut the hell up and that he didn't want to hear it since she's been living off them rent free for the past three years. She tried to tell him she didn't start the fight but he said that he didn't care, he saw what he saw and that was enough.

He went back to the trailer and then they heard Debbie throwing a fit and screaming about how they don't love her and how they've never loved her and how she should just kill herself. Now let me interject here that my thought was "go ahead, just don't do it on the property", but my dad said he wasn't going to let that happen so he called the sheriff to come out and get her and take her in for a 72 hour mental health hold.

The sheriff arrived and took statements and then my dad and Linda explained what happened with the eviction notice and about Debbie beating Linda with the metal threshold. They said they didn't want to press any charges, but the sheriff said since Debbie assaulted Linda with a weapon they had to charge her with a felony. So they carted her off, got her medicated (she's bipolar and has a borderline personality disorder - what a combination eh?) then shipped her off to jail.

The sheriff said if she refuses to vacate after the 30 days is up to call and they'll get her off the property. They've also said that if she gets out of line again and gets aggressive, they're tossing her out regardless of the 30 days.

So yeah, that's what happened....LOL.
